Buffout is an AI-generated 3D female muscle growth comic set in the Fallout wasteland, closer in look to the TV series than the games. A dweller from Vault 33, still in her blue jumpsuit, wanders past a wrecked car and a faded Nuka-Cola billboard and finds a bottle of Original Buffout, the chem every Fallout player knows boosts strength.
She knows the normal dose. She also wonders what would happen if she took three at once, and curiosity wins. The chem hits hard and in stages: a first growth that surprises her, a second that has her jumpsuit zip straining and a third, stronger wave that makes her whole body tremble before it arrives. By the end a sleeve has torn away from her arm, and she is admiring the results with language that is very much not vault-approved.
It is a compact, 12-page single-character transformation with a strong sense of place, and it pairs nicely with our other Fallout comic, Vault Dweller, where three friends try expired Buffout together.
For Fallout muscle growth fans, chem-fuelled FMG readers, and anyone who likes a character who makes a questionable decision and loves the result.
Buffout: 1 part, 12 pages, free to read. New AI muscle art pages post free on 3DMuscleComics several times a week.
